We are happy to announce the full program schedule posted with sessions for site builders to developers, beginner to advanced. And we are happy to announce that Doug Vann will be returning this year to lead another all-day training class and Rod Martin has updated his essential talk for Drupal 8.
It is not too late to submit your session proposal for DrupalCamp Ohio 2015, but the cut off date is a little over 1 week away on October 1st! We encourage you to share what you know about Drupal, web technologies, project methodologies or discussion topics relevant to the web and open source community.
As noted in the announcement of registration opening, this year we are going to try a new format for the "keynote" speach on Friday, October 23rd. In lieu of the traditional keynote where we bring in Drupal or other technical talent we are going to give the participant a chance to do a short talks on something, probably anything, minimally Drupal/Web/Open Source/Personal project related.
Drupal Camp Ohio is taking place on October 23rd and 24th. We are changing our format from two days of sessions. The first day will once again be at the Ohio State University 4H center for a day filled with Drupal talks, trainings and more. The second day of code sprinting at a location tbd. The change is largely due to some budget whoas this year and are cutting back on our primary expences (location and food). We are looking forward to have our very first Drupal Camp Ohio code sprint day on Saturday, October 24th at a location tbd. This is the reason we have knocked the price back down to $30 this year.
Oops, compliments of user error when cutting and pasting I gave you the wrong links in the e-mail below.
If you have not yet heard, Drupal Camp PA will be held this year at the University of Pittsburgh on August 1st and 2nd. As a Drupal Camp Ohio attendee, we would like to let you know about the event and encourage you to attend. As someone who attended last years Drupal Camp PA, there were solid sessions and keynotes as well as a great community atmosphere.
