Jquery UI vs Ctools Modal

Jquery UI provides the basic tool for creating dialogs. Ctools is a Drupal module that provides a variety of PHP tools for developers. Here we will look at the  API that Ctools provides for creating modal dialogs.

I will go over code necessary to invoke jquery UI and ctools modal dialogs in a side-by-side comparison. This provides an alternative to the Ctools AJAX Example included with ctools.
