Drupal Career Panel

I would like to organize a Drupal Career Panel composed of developers, designers, system administrators, project managers, trainers, system architects, recruiters, sales, spouses, etc... who would be interested in answering career-related questions that students or anyone else might have about working with Drupal.

I hope to answer:

• How we got into the web and Drupal industries.
• Challenges that we face in our respective careers and day-to-day jobs, and how we overcome them.
• What the various terms mean in terms of skills, experience, etc... for the web and Drupal.
• Any tips that we might have.
